**Your Role**:
You will manage dozens of clients with Google Ads campaigns (monthly budgets ranging from $500 to $5000), using automated scripts/software and/or human intelligence to achieve the best ROI:
- Ongoing testing, optimization and tracking for lead generation to meet business KPIs
- Working effectively with the other members of the PPC and digital team to maintain efficient running of all accounts
- Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive or under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics) and improve ROAS Ensuring keywords are positioned appropriately
- Adding negative keywords as appropriate
- Split testing of ads, responsive search ads
- Determining which keywords are converting
- Bid and campaign management to meet conversion goals
- Evaluating Google Analytics data
- Monthly reports that include data and meaningful insight about the impact of the campaign
- Analyze competitors
- Stay current on industry changes
- Optimize and manage social campaigns on Meta
- Create 1-2 new campaigns a month:
- Keyword research
- Set up Campaigns, Ad Groups, Geographic Targeting, Settings
- Writing ads for each Ad Group
- Goal set/up import into Google Analytics
Proactively recommend which forms in addition to paid search would produce the best ROI for the client and provide revenue/profit opportunities for WEB ROI:
- Google Local Service Ads
- Display
- Retargeting
- Social
- Bing
**Your Qualifications**:
- 2+ years experience of managing high ROI pay-per-click campaigns:
- Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager Certifications, Social ads including Meta, YouTube etc.
- The ability to work independently
- High degree of self-responsibility
- Love of ongoing learning
- Exceptional work ethic
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Effectively communicate results, recommendations and other insights to management and clients
