**Major duties -**
- Perform as a first point of contact to deal with all types of student concerns.
- Work closely with student advisor team and prepare the list of expected students every intake.
- Responsible for planning and conducting student orientation and ensure the orientation schedule is matching with all the students.
- Aware of CRM system and responsible for updating data including enrollment, withdrawal, cancelation, tracking and recording all lead sources.
- Update students’ files including required status like - close, withdrawn or cancelled.
- Check the books inventory; order and provide books to students.
- Organize campus seating charts based on master schedule.
- Oversee the mid-point evaluations for students and aware them about their performance and upcoming exams.
- Check students’ attendance on daily basis and identify the attendance issues if any.
- Analyze the students’ progress and prepare the progress report and progress plans where needed.
- Accountable for providing practicum support, introducing student clearance for practicum, briefing students, delivering placement packages.
- Arrange training and development procedures to instructors, presenting faculty classroom observations and feedback sessions.
- Create weekly and monthly reports, containing student progress reports, attendance reports, and student population reports.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements and Qualifications -**
- Graduate from an accredited University or College.
- Diploma/Degree in Psychology/Counselling Preferred.
- Capable of collaborating and communicating effectively with faculty and students.
- Proven record of working under pressure, good decision maker and comfortable with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Multitasker, problem solver with mínimal guidance.

**Experience -**
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a related occupation.
- Working experience in a private career college will be considered as an asset.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5R 0H2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2023-08-21
