Reporting to the Faculty Administrator, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, supporting students, faculty, and staff while managing front counter operations. From troubleshooting registration issues to coordinating special events, your contributions will be vital to our success.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Act as the Go-To for Student Support**: From navigating program requirements to clarifying university policies, you’ll be the go-to for students, offering friendly support and guidance every step of the way.
- **Master of Registration Magic**: Troubleshoot registration hiccups, ensuring students smoothly sail through the process without any issues.
- **Scheduling and Bookings Coordinator**: Take charge of space bookings, using your exceptional organizational skills to coordinate meeting rooms and classrooms like a pro.
- **Assist in Academic Advising Options**: Assess student needs, schedule advising appointments, and provide the guidance that sets them on the path to success.
- **Event Extraordinaire**: Jump into the excitement of special events and recruitment activities, lending your skills to create memorable experiences for students and prospects alike.
- **Record Keeper**: Maintain meticulous student records, updating them with care at the end of each semester to keep everything organized and up-to-date.
- **Committee Conductor**: Prepare meeting agendas, take precise minutes, and ensure all committee proceedings proceed without issue.
- **Collaboration Champion**: Team up with program partners, contributing your insights and energy to streamline processes and achieve shared goals.
- **Data-Driven Analyst**: Track enrollment statistics, generate relevant reports, and support decision-making processes.

Position Requirements

**What You Will Bring to the Position**:

- Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course; and
- Minimum of three years experience directly related to the duties outlined.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

- Exceptional written and oral communications skills in order to effectively communicate with faculty, staff, students, and community;
- Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate methods to handle confidential material;
- Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and
- Demonstrated skill in learning and operating a wide variety of databases and information systems.
