Administrative Assistant

A key representative for customer inquiries. Respond to orders, general customer inquiries, repair or warranty questions, customer complaints and prioritize repairs. Project a professional company image through phone interaction and performance.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Issue Return Authorization numbers to customers and preparing documentation for arrival, repair and shipment of aircraft products
- Prepare and send estimates to customers, receive and process purchase orders
- Prepare and issue pick lists and work orders for Production and Maintenance
- Close all work orders upon completing and prepare all shipping documentation
- Maintain accurate records and quality assurance documentation
- Other general administrative duties and tasks that may be assigned
**Minimum Requirements**
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- A desire to promptly respond to customer needs
- Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
- Ability to work independently, coordinate several activities and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle occasional high-pressure situations and prioritize key daily initiatives
- Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Outlook etc.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
