We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring exceptional client's experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise front office staff, vehicle/truck/bus scheduling.
- Deal with suppliers, clients, technicians, including ordering parts, understanding vehicles issues, and so on.
- Handle clients inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client's information (including vehicles, trucks, etc.).
- Assist with billing and payment processing.
- Implement and enforce company policies.

**Skills**:To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in truck / heavy-equipment shop is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and computer systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
