Associate Finance Manager, Ecommerce

**Position Summary... **:Associate Finance Manager for eCommerce with accountability for operating performance, results reporting, and short and long-range planning (LRP/AOP). This role is responsible for P&L management with key business and cross-functional finance partners, and reporting of results to Senior Leadership.

**What you'll do...**:
1. Manage performance and drive accountability to delivering P&L results through the cadence of the monthly forecast, weekly financial reviews, and month-end results reporting process. Proactively analyze key trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend plans and contingencies to support the business teams’ delivery against annual financial targets. Lead performance reviews with Sr. Leadership team.

2. Lead the long-range planning process (LRP) with direction from Sr. Finance Manager and collaboration with key business partners and cross-functional finance teams. Partner with the business to create operational building blocks based on trends and planned strategic change. Influence the business on enablers required to deliver against the goals and proactively partner on identifying alternatives based on known risks or gaps.

3. Lead the annual operating plan (AOP) process with direction from Sr. Finance Manager and in partnership with the business and cross-functional finance teams. Lead executional financial reads to manage performance against targets.

4. Lead ad-hoc projects to drive process efficiencies, P&L performance improvement opportunities (top-line growth, productivity, etc.) with direction from Sr. Finance Manager and/or key business partners.

5. Be a champion of associate engagement by participating in Org Health initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- CPA or MBA preferred
- 4-6 years relevant experience
- Strong Microsoft Office (including Excel) skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and business partnering skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment ‎
