THE POSITION:
Associate National Business Manager, eCommerce
Overview:
As Associate National Business Manager, you will be responsible for the support and execution of business strategies with both established and emerging e-tailor accounts to deliver Church & Dwight Canada’s category and brand objectives while achieving customer revenue & profit targets as assigned by the Team Lead.
This role will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement annual business plans to achieve sales, share, and profit goals as well as priorities consistent with C&D brand, eCommerce, and corporate strategies.
- Build relationships with key customer contacts, including new emerging customers, cross-functionally to maximize CHD results and also within the customer itself
- Conduct regularly scheduled category business reviews with customers to ensure alignment and support for the implementation of initiatives, including innovation, digital shelf, promotional planning, supply chain process improvements, and more.
- Analyzing market and consumption data to help deliver overall goals and lead the organization in alignment with the C&D eCommerce strategy to meet future-looking growth and profit objective
- Work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders and functions to identify, develop, and execute strategic plans.
- Monitors the business trends and adjusts sales forecasts, as needed, to ensure sales and operating plans reflect accurate and timely information from customer
- Responsible for financial & demand forecasting management, including trade spending, revenue growth targets, shipments, deductions, post audits, and disputes. Accountable for meeting forecast accuracy objectives.
- Support Church & Dwight Digital Marketing strategies in collaboration with Marketing.
- Own the execution of Shopper Marketing initiatives for accounts where applicable, partnering both internally and externally on deliverables.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- eCommerce experience is a significant asset
- Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of CPG industry experience in a Sales or Sales support function
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated POS data
- Position requires an individual to have a thorough understanding of business financials and solid presentation experience to executive level personnel within their own company and within the Retailer environment
- Solid communication and presentation skills (JBP experience is preferred)
