**Customer Solutions Lead Inside**

- This is a permanent, home-based position in either the Edmonton, Vermilion, Westlock or Camrose areas._
**_What you will do:_**
- _Jointly own and achieve squad P&L targets, in collaboration with all squad members_
- _Plan, prioritize and execute in short-term (90-day cycles), mid-term and long-term cycles to drive Bayer solutions with farmers_
- _Adapt, iterate, regularly reassess, and prioritize tasks to ensure continued progress towards squad outcomes_
- _Collaborate and co-create within squad to ensure clarity of accountabilities to maximize customer focus_
- _Leverage digital tools and agronomic expertise position, support, and service the full Bayer portfolio of seed, crop protection and new business models, while also leveraging market intel and data insights to assess and prioritize opportunities_
- _Contribute to effective team dynamics as a self-organizing squad, via activities such as peer recruitment, selection, and performance feedback_
- _Foster an inclusive environment of professionalism and safe working practices ensuring Safety and Compliance requirements are met or exceeded within squad_
- _Foster strong relationships with segmented growers and new potential customers to drive market share and ensure a positive customer experience _
- _Enabled by a strong understanding of the complete portfolio and relevant programs, collaborate within the squad to grow and protect sales of BCS products and provide product and support services_
- _Generate sales leads and close sales through virtual interactions _
- _Act as technical support “in season” through the Product Support Centre and to aid with technical support during the off season_
- _Provide digital farming support to squad members, including customer lead generation lists, initial new user outreach and remote onboarding/engagement activities _
- _Provide virtual on-farm expertise to assist key customers in onboarding, installing and troubleshooting Bayer's precision agriculture technologies (FV), addressing data collection challenges, connectivity issues, and educating on Digital Farming Solutions_
**_Who you are:_**
- _Degree or Diploma in Agriculture or related discipline with a minimum 2 years of related experience _
- _Excellent understanding of local crop production, agronomy and crop protection, seed and digital solutions in the Western Canadian market_
- _Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to changing business needs _
- _Collaborative team mindset_
- _Strong interpersonal and English communication skills - presentation, written, verbal and listening, to maximize results with customers and internal stakeholders _
- _Understands key customer needs to develop tailored solutions _
- _Experience using digital tools to manage, interpret and leverage data _
- _Excellent problem solving through analytical thinking in complex situations with mínimal guidance, working directly with customers_
- _Strong computer skills, with ability to use MS Office Suite_
- Desired:_
- _CCA, CCSC, and/or PAg (RTAg) designation_
- _CRM and/or Tableau_
