**What you need to succeed**:
**Education**:

- Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable relevant to this position, OR an acceptable combination of education, experience or training relevant to the position.- Foreign Credential Validation against Canadian Standards
- **Experience**:

- Experience providing operational HR advisory services in at least one of the following areas: staffing, recruitment, job evaluation and classification
- Experience researching and analyzing legislation, policies and industry best practices to provide advice and recommendations to management
- Experience working with clients to develop plans and strategies in one or more areas of HR management

Assets:

- Experience providing HR services in a public service environment
- Experience with the Hay Group Job Evaluation System
