**Description:
- Temporary Full Time- We are hiring for a Temporary Full-Time (10 month term) Administrative Assistant in Winnipeg, MB.-
- What you will do-
- Sort, package and distribute various billings and reports in a timely manner
- Download and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with all Group Client arrears
- Handle daily inquiries from Clients, Group Sales office and other Canada Life departments- What you will bring:- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle pressures of deadlines, fluctuating workloads, and changing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed skills using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Group Insurance products and TOCS system would be considered an asset
- Ability to excel within a Purpose/Vision driven environment
- Comfortable with technology, using multiple computer and business programs- The base salary for this position is between **$33,400****:

- $45,100 **annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
