A boutique post-production house PurpleDOG Post, located on the border of Toronto and
Mississauga, is looking for an Executive Assistant. PurpleDOG Post is a very friendly yet fast-paced environment, where challenge is a daily routine, and opportunity to grow is a given.

The Executive Assistant would report directly to the COO and provide assistance in all areas of the post production business. If you are looking for a daily routine, this is not the place for you. The
COO’s tasks range from business affairs, sales/marketing, account management to post-production related responsibilities. We are looking for a multifaceted individual to provide support within the wide range of the COO’s responsibilities and contribute to the smooth function of our company’s operations and expand the COO’s capacity.

**TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in managing calendars and scheduling for appointments/meetings.
- Assisting in preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in office operations, including client coordination, shipping, and stocking office supplies.
- Support operations with pipeline management and optimize efficiency across post-production processes.
- Support sales and marketing efforts with coordination of newsletters, ad creation, social media, and website updates as needed.
- Help track and monitor equipment and software licenses.
- Assist in HR tasks, including interviews, onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
- Conduct industry research and providing summarized findings to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

**PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Exceptional critical thinking, logic, and ability to discern and filter useful vs. irrelevant information.
- Exceptional common sense and ability to discern and properly handle sensitive information.
- There is no set daily routine and every day brings on a new challenge. You have to be able to pivot and adopt on the spot.
- Strong computer literacy and verbal English are a must. Ability to acquire new computer skills and adopt new online platforms, apps and gadgets is essential.
- Knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator, Premiere Pro or Da Vinci Resolve is a plus
