They are intellectually curious, diligent, and responsible, with a desire to enhance their finance, data, programming, and communications skills. They take advantage of their time at AIMCo by building relationships with our talented workforce and each other.

The Chief Fiduciary Management Office (CFMO) is the bridge between clients and all parts of AIMCo. CFMO is comprised of Investment Strategy Research, Client Strategy & Product Management and Client Management. Each team within CFMO contributes to ensuring that the assets under management are invested in a way that aligns with client goals and objectives. We are accepting new graduates to be part of an 18-month rotational program which will see special project work in each group of CFMO, as well as direct liaison with other parts of AIMCo and some client experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Obtaining a working knowledge of basic AIMCo Client Reporting processes and procedures and be able to assist in Quarterly reporting builds
- Supporting the research agenda and related projects by assisting to build quantitative models
- Supporting development, delivery, and enhancements to client dashboards
- Supporting the development of client investment strategy tools, templates, and automation of processes (e.g., regular analysis, client presentations/exhibits, etc.)
- Obtaining a working knowledge of AIMCO's investment data and overnight calculation processes, including AIMCo Client Reporting processes and procedures and monthly and quarterly reporting
- Participating in several ad-hoc projects to gain working knowledge of AIMCo clients
- Recent graduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
- Knowledge of investments, economics, and asset management is an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas), Word, Powerpoint, Publisher and Power BI
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of one or more programming languages - Python, SQL, VBA (post-secondary course work is valid)
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Thrives under pressure and enjoys contributing to team goals and collaborating
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to AIMCo’s core values of excellence, transparency, humility, integrity and collaboration, and inspires the same in others

Success Measures

Success at the end of your 18-month term will be determined by the undertaking and completion of specified daily tasks while collaborating alongside the analysts of the team, sharing your ideas, contributing to several ongoing projects, and assisting the department with implementing and improving process efficiencies. There is potential for extension and/or full-time employment once rotation is complete.
