Location: Downtown Toronto, ON

Position requires **rotational shift work**. Shift Timings are - Weekdays: 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM and 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM and Weekends: Sat: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM and Sun: 01:00 PM 08:00 PM

**Skills Required**:

- **Should have an experience of 1-3 years handling Customer Service**:

- **Must be fluent to a professional level in French (reading, writing and speaking)**:

- Excellent Customer Service
- Should have the capability to do multitasking
- Should have good team skills
- Should be Proactive and ready to take initiatives

**Good to Have Skills**:

- Escalates unresolved problems/issues/requests to the proper tier 2 and 3 support team
- Exposure to ITIL processes
- **Ready to be flexible with rotational shifts**:

- Follow Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
