YOUR ROLE

The eLearning Project Manager is responsible for managing internal and external clients, project schedules, meetings, budgets, and final product delivery. The primary task is to lead project meetings and ensure constant communication with stakeholders and project teams to deliver quality projects on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain a personalized relationship with clients, defined by an excellent level of communication ;
- Define deadlines, assess and control risks, ensure that deliverables meet the quality requested by the client and act proactively in identifying problems and finding solutions;
- Manage and monitor projects in close collaboration with the client and internal teams;
- Participate in project start-up and post-mortem meetings with clients;
- Participate in process development and improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant undergraduate degree in project management or equivalent;
- PMP or similar certification (an asset);
- 2-4 years experience in a web/marketing agency or e-learning.
- Knowledge of the education and/or e-learning field (an asset) ;
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to manage constant change and challenges ;
- Proficiency with Office Suite tools, particularly Microsoft Project (an asset);
- Knowledge of Adobe Workfront tool;
- Demonstrate autonomy;
- Excellent oral and written skills in French and English.
