**Title**:Director - Account Management (Insurance Domain)**
**Location**:Toronto**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Responsible for bringing in new business within the Insurance space**:

- **Carry individual bookings target**:

- **Responsible for penetrating new accounts and assembling new business with emerging clients in the region**:

- **Define a compelling proposition and vision for each sales opportunity**:

- **Lead the sales process across practice areas and business lines within Capgemini**:

- **Provide insight to the business on market trends affecting clients**:

- **Build and nurture relationships within the new accounts and seek to understand business issues to be solved**:

- **Demonstrate strong Insurance business insight as well as knowledge of technology solutions within the Insurance industry**

**Required Skills**:

- **Knowledge of competitive landscape within the market and at specific clients**:

- **Overall industry experience (15+ years; 5-6 years must be in generating new business in direct sales roles)**:

- **Prior experience in sourcing leads, selling technology services, developing new logos, etc.**:

- **Prior work experience with exposure to IT services for Financial Services organizations**:

- **Must have experience working in global delivery model; as well as working experience in a bookings target driven role**:

- **Should have broad understanding of IT Services / Technologies**:

- **Demonstrated experience of developing and selling in to C-level contacts in the industry**:

- **Overall experience in Sales, Contract negotiation, effective presentations**:

- **Possess a solution provider approach; with a self-starter attitude is essential**
