**How you will be Successful**
- Ensure PLATFORM’s quality of service standards are always upheld with clients
- Deliver clients tailored insurance solutions
- Design insurance program structures and provide creative, alternative solutions based on client objectives
- Prepare and send out documentation with adherence to PLATFORM’s account management service standards
- Review and issue certificates of insurance as per client request
- Develop and maintain strong market relationships
- Provide innovative solutions for small business risks including workflows
- Discuss and manage prospect and referrals for Producers

**Education, Experience, and Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of Commercial Insurance experience in the Account Manager role including experience managing small to midsized accounts
- Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred
- RIBO License is required
- CIP designation an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
