**Your Role as Studio Manager**:
As a Studio Manager at Speciale Fitness, you'll be at the forefront of our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and motivating a dynamic team.
- Crafting and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Tracking key performance metrics to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
- Managing staff schedules and recruiting top-notch trainers.
- Ensuring smooth daily operations and facility maintenance.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 1 year of successful sales and marketing experience (preferably in fitness).
- 1-2 years of successful management experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, especially on the phone.
- A positive, optimistic, and motivating personality.
- Accountability and a strong desire to be a leader.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Retention bonus
- Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodbridge, ON L4H 2T1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- successful sales and marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- successful management: 1 year (preferred)
