**_ A bit about the role _**

Solink is seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Alliances Leader to join our team. As a Partner Alliances Leader, you will play a critical role in building and managing relationships with three key groups of partners: resellers, integrators, and app exchange partners.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in partner/channel management or business development, preferably in SaaS.
- You have a strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including resellers, integrations, and VAR or Services.
- You have demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute partner programs and initiatives.
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze partner performance metrics.
- You are self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- You have the willingness to travel as needed.

**SECURITY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
- Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners in alignment with company objectives.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize value and mutual success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to support partner initiatives.
- Provide training, enablement, and support to partners to ensure successful integration and implementation of Solink solutions.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform partner strategy.
- Ability to drive both strategy and execution, being a small but mighty team.
