**About the role**:
***What you will be doing**:
- Create editorial social media calendars through multiple social media channels for Canadian Audiences (French-Canadian speaking)
- Develop content briefings, as well as curate content from multiple online sources
- Schedule and execute social media calendars in Sprinklr
- Community management - both reactive and proactive
- Content localization review (French-Canadian & English)
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Perform ongoing social listening analysis as part of data collection activities. Regular tracking, and report analysis to generate actionable insights and learnings.
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
**What you need to be great in this role**:
- 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager.
- Bilingual French-Canadian & English - needs to be able to write copy in both languages
- Excellent grammar skills
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Good time-management and organization skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- B2B/tech industry experience is a plus
- Sprinklr knowledge
- This role can be performed remote (Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, Vancouver)
