The Personal Development School is seeking a talented **Social Media Community Specialist** to join our company. The Social Media Community Specialist's main responsibility is to address user inquiries promptly and professionally via social media channels. Leverage your social media service experience to deliver kind and informed responses, creating positive user experiences while upholding professionalism. Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is an asset.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Demonstrated professional experience in social media monitoring, engagement, research and analysis, reputation management, online measurement and report generation, and experience with digital tools and services.
- Monitor and moderate comments and interactions across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube,
- Foster meaningful interactions with followers by initiating conversations, answering questions, and soliciting user-generated content. Respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Cultivate brand advocacy and loyalty by building relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and community stakeholders.
- Engage in daily social listening to monitor industry news, trends, competitor activity, and our brands.
- Foster a positive and inclusive online environment by enforcing community guidelines and policies.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across social media channels.
- Track and report on key metrics related to community engagement and sentiment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and community moderation.
- Assist with SEO efforts by optimizing social media content for search visibility (nice to have).
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be self-motivated and well-organized.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in online brand promotion and management, including growth and engagement and community management
- He or she should have natural creativity and curiosity, alongside rock-solid grammar skills and a customer-first lens.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Excel in delivering user-focused support.
- Empathy and Professionalism: Display patience and compassion, addressing user concerns respectfully and respectfully.
- Adaptability: Adjust to evolving user needs and changes in platform features, contributing to ongoing improvements.
- Be able to meet the performance targets.

**Skills Needed**
- Effective Communication: Exceptional written communication skills to convey information clearly, empathetically, and courteously.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in social media community engagement.
- Proficiency in using social media management and social media listening tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse online community.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices (nice to have).
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work well under pressure.
