Accounting Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using QuickBooks Online.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Maintains full accounts receivable sub-ledger system including issuing invoices, recording payments, receipts and preparing bank deposits, and ensuring all accounts receivable are collected and paid in a timely manner.
- Maintains full accounts payable sub ledger system including coding and posting invoices, having invoices approved for payment and/or issuing of any cheques as required.
- Handle payroll processing.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid knowledge of account analysis and reconciliation processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
