Supervised Parenting Time program provides an opportunity for families to maintain contact with their child(ren) to build and sustain relationships. In this role, you will oversee the operations of the regional Supervised Parenting Time Program ensuring that all relevant policies and practices are adhered to. You will be expected to lead changes and make recommendations for improvement for enhancement of services. You will be expected to provide support, coaching and skill development with the focus on creating a high functioning staff team. You will display effective professional interactions with clients through intakes and the overseeing of case management, and ensuring appropriate observation documentation to safeguard positive outcomes for families and reduce risk exposure to the program. You will work to engage staff, partners and act as the program liaison with key stakeholders.

**Job Duties**
- Ensure overall quality of client services and program deliverables are being met
- Responsible for client intake facilitation and file management; accuracy of staff notes and client request for information
- Coordinate on-site staff schedules, development and delivery of trainings for program excellence
- Represent Supervised Parenting Time program to community groups and provide educational information
- Maintain statistical and evaluation information for program monitoring
- Maintain operating expenditures within budget
- Monitor employee performance through observations, meetings, and evaluations in accordance to policies and procedures
- Ensure effective customer service is maintained through prompt follow up and proper allocation of resources
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Coordinate and support a community advisory committee

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in human service or related field and /or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years’ experience in the field
- Experience working with and knowledge of decision-making responsibility, parenting time and contact issues
- Experience working with family court, court orders and Attorneys
- Understanding of domestic violence and the issues related to family separation
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to ensure deadlines are met in reporting and responding to staff and clients
- Demonstrated skill at working with culturally diverse populations
- Excellent interpersonal skills; skilled at building rapport and providing high level of customer service both verbal and written; exceptional skills with conflict resolution and setting boundaries
- High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability
- Strong leadership abilities to perform in a manner that aligns with the organizational Vision, Mission and Values
- Supervisory skills to model and promote SEC values of performance excellence
- Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm and steady demeanor in the best interest of all parties
- Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of MS Office with the ability to prepare and write reports/records and maintain same
- Attend and/or conduct presentations and workshops
- First Aid and CPR C and CPI
- Current Clean Vulnerable Sector Screen
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License, reliable transportation
- Additional Languages are an asset

**Work Conditions**
- This full time salary position works 28 hours (Friday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday) and requires flexible hours between office and visitation sites in Brampton, Mississauga and Newmarket. It also requires regular evening and weekend hours
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals for monitoring surroundings
- Physically able to complete packing, lifting and moving, walking and other physical demands required to set up physical space to assist child and visiting families
- Lengthy periods of sitting, writing, typing and responding to phone calls
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
- Weekly travel between program sites, head office and offsite trainings/meetings is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $49,500.00-$52,500.00 per year
