**Summary/objective**
**Essential Functions**

**Customer/Vendors**
- Maintain customer and vendor database in TM software.
- Investigate, assist and resolve, partner carrier invoice discrepancies
- Complete shipment quoting with partner carriers and clients for adhoc or dedicated loads
- Liaison and provide system support for clients, their vendors and Logikor carriers for our web platform
- Investigate, plan, and implement strategically effective and relevant transport methods, which meet the needs of the organization and its suppliers and customers.
- Investigate, assist and resolve with other internal departments, system integration issues with clients & vendors
- Source and onboard, new vendors that bring value to a particular lane or region
- Investigate, assist and resolve, all OS&D and freight claims
- Support clients on week nights and weekend on call requirements, when scheduled
- Generate and send standardized and adhoc reports to customers or management, meeting daily requirements.
- Audit and send daily exception reports to clients
- Create, update and publish transportation market updates by region/mode
- Engage in regular calls/meetings with clients and partner carriers building trust and strengthening relationships
- Recommend more reliable or cost effective routings for client shipments
- Create/publish carrier & customer KPI’s, recommending changes based on data
**Operational Execution**
- Set up, rate, book, dispatch, and complete Denied Party Screening on all freight requirements in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country, and international laws as well as customer requirements
- Create shipments within Logikor TMS
- Audit accuracy of all loads entered in Logikor TMS according to internal procedures and client requirements
- Complete dynamic shipment optimization and consolidation, according to internal procedures and client requirements
- Ensure all load tenders are sent with accurate dates and accepted by our partner carriers
- Complete milestone management on all freight movements, updating our web platform and notifying clients accordingly, on all incidents or exceptions that deviate from planned timing.
- Identify, resolve, communicate and tag exception loads within Logikor TMS
- Follow up with partner carriers or Logikor drivers for missed milestone updates
- Investigate, record and resolve any OS&D or lost/misrouted freight under Logikor’s management, communicating regular updates to clients
- Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, results, and recommendations relating to Operations.
- Track, process, follow up and file Driver/Owner Operator paperwork, PARS, PAPS, Customs Cargo Control Documents, trip reports and logbooks.
- Complete ACI/ACE entries for crossborder moves when utilizing Logikor drivers
- Dispatch and communicate load requirements with Logikor drivers
- Arrange and schedule preventive maintenance with preferred partners for Logikor equipment assets
- Arrange emergency repairs with approved vendors for Logikor equipment assets
- Investigate, track & communicate recoverable Logikor equipment repair costs
- Track & update Logikor equipment asset locations on virtual software
- Arrange for driver coverage on Logikor asset equipment moves
- Develop/maintain procedures and processes to streamline customer service and maintain standardization.
- Liaison with approved vendors for completion of AES entries on behalf of US based shippers/clients
- Provide paperwork, TMS support, reports and troubleshooting to clients, vendors, crossdock and transportation providers
- Create billing orders for crossdock, storage and optimization charges
- Complete daily shift requirements and post shift update
- Recommend more efficient internal processes and workflows
