We are currently looking for our next Senior Logistics Coordinator to manage and grow our Carrier partnerships while working on our Operations team.

Reporting to the VP of Operations , you oversee the entire cycle of logistics from client request to delivery verification. We are looking for someone with at least ten years experience and extensive experience with the ver-dimensional trucking transportation market.

Logistics Schedule: Consistent & proactive oversight of Cargo in Transit, matched to Required At Site (RAS) date and construction schedule adjustments thus reporting changes, delays or advancement of goods in transit or RAS to Transportation Analyst
Delivery Oversight : Coordinate place of delivery with Transportation Analyst, Warehouse and Materials Managers to ensure all verticals are informed
Daily monitoring and reporting of loads in transit, staged by location and status while reporting anomalies & any delays
Container & Trailer Registers : daily monitoring and reporting of container & trailers in transit, staged by location and load/unload status. Minimum 10+ years in the over-dimensional trucking transportation market; Asset or non-asset
Experience with the complex industries such as oil & gas, renewable energy, nuclear, mining, large infrastructure projects, hydro-electric, etc.
A network of connections within the Canadian asset based carrier market
Proven track record of learning new systems, both procedural and technical, as well as approaching challenges proactively (We use Neosix)
Experience in leading teams, project management and with client communications
Ability to work in office 5 days a week at our HQ in Cambridge, ON
