About the Role:

The Warehouse Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This individual will be responsible for picking and putting away products as required, verifying information, and ensuring accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selecting items for order fulfillment
  • Packaging customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and staging for shipping
  • Assisting in loading and unloading materials from delivery partners
  • Following up on orders, back orders, and inventory levels
  • Warehousing and inventory logistics
  • Help maintain and improve workflow
  • Assisting the production team as required
  • Ensuring the warehouse is maintained in a clean, orderly fashion
  • Safely and efficiently delivering goods to customers, suppliers, or other company locations

Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous experience with warehouse management
  • A Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record
  • Computer Literacy
  • Highly Organized with the Ability to Complete Tasks in a Timely Manner
  • Ability to Work Independently and in a Team Environment
  • Must Be Able to Operate a Forklift, Hand Truck, and Other Warehouse Equipment

Working Conditions:

  • The Position May Require Working with Chemicals and Other Hazardous Materials
  • Employee May Be Required to Work Weekends or After-Hours Per Business Needs

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to Work Effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Problem-Solving and Quick Decision-Making Skills
