As a Clinic Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our student massage clinic. Your responsibilities will include coordinating clinic activities, managing schedules, and maintaining efficient communication between students, instructors, and clients.

**Clinic Coordinator Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain a live schedule for student therapists, and clinic sessions.
- Monitor student attendance during clinic hours and maintain precise records for administrative purposes.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients and students to continually refine and improve clinic services.
- Facilitate the sign-up processes for clinic appointments through Moodle, ensuring accessibility and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and updates using Rosy booking software to ensure accurate information.
- Support students with administrative tasks and services, including accessing necessary support such as SALT Modifications and creating personalized schedules to accommodate complex work or childcare commitments.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Clinic Manager, aiding in various tasks as needed.
- Coordinate and arrange clinic team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among staff.
- Create and manage communication channels for clinic staff to facilitate efficient information exchange.
- Develop and maintain calendars to track student cohorts in clinic across different campuses.
- Assist reception in handling client inquiries and appointment scheduling to maintain smooth clinic operations.
- Assist in maintaining updated documents across different campuses to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Organize Spa Days and special events, including creating sign-up procedures on Moodle and collaborating with the Clinic Manager on scheduling to ensure successful and well-coordinated events.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Registered Massage Therapy Diploma is preferred
