Hilltop Medical is the largest physician owned clinic in British Columbia. We have a large team of 25 x family physicians, variety of specialists, as well as our own in-house cardiac testing services. Any new team member will share our goals and values as below, as well as understand our company structure._
- Providing exemplary patient care
- Work effectively in a multi-disciplinary setting using our collective skills to improve patient experience
- Large clinic with 25 practitioners, and over 30 team members including RNs, LPNs, MOAs, Cardio Tech, and Managers.
- Working alongside our physicians and nurses to provide front end administrative duties for a team of physicians._

Perform MOA duties including but not limited to;
- Answering Phones
- Booking Appointments
- Rooming Patients
- Performing patient Measures
- Recording with Accuracy
- Referrals
- Recalls
- Exam room Set-up and clean-up
- Patient Registration,
- Scanning and Electronic Filing,
- Creating patient letters and invoices
- Operate all required equipment
- Other duties as required

Requirements: Education, Training and Experience
- Medical Office Assistant Diploma, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Office Assistant (or equivalent)
- Profile knowledge is an asset (EMR)

Requirements: Skills and Abilities
- Strong Command of Computers including: Electronic Medical Records (Preferably Profile), and MS Office Suite (Preferably 365), Electronic Faxing.
- Experience with a busy multi-line phone system.
- Works well in a multidisciplinary team.
- Works in an organized manner.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Effective decision making skills and problem solving abilities.
- Is punctual and reliable, as well as professional in appearance and actions
- Position Reports to first their Pod Lead, then the Clinic Manager._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
