Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing processes
- Assist with medical procedures, including preparing exam rooms and sterilizing equipment
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and schedule follow-up appointments
- Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient care
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and data entry

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in medical office administration is a plus
- Proven experience working in a medical clinic is preferred
- Familiarity with electronic health record system : OSCAR is highly required.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
