A company in manufacturing and construction industry is seeking a motivated and talented Systems & Network Support Administrator.

Systems & Network Support Administrator is responsible for providing support, maintenance and development services of the organization’s IT infrastructure while handling staff inquiries and requests in a customer focused and timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Day to day support and maintenance of IT monitoring and management systems
- Ensure that network and systems issues are identified in a timely manner
- Setup and administration of system security, including system access, firewall/VPN configuration, antivirus management, and backup management
- Maintain and administer current IT infrastructure
- Implementation of software upgrades; including operating systems, accounting software upgrades and other enhancements as required
- Participate in the design, implementation and administration of IT and related Systems
- Document technical systems and procedures
- Adhere to policies and procedures as it relates to system security, monitor and report potential system violations
- Support multiple company job sites and branch offices
- Other IT Related projects upon request

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience working in an enterprise environment with systems, network and support experience
- Degree or College diploma in Information Technologies or equivalent experience
- Experience with Windows based (Windows Server OS, Win 10, Win 7) and Linux based Operating Systems
- Knowledge about phone systems, Camera Systems
- Experience with Hyper V and phpvirtualbox environment
- Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks and Sage
- Experience in setting up and managing network and local printers/copiers
- Experience in setting up smartphones
- Essential Network skills: Ethernet, IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, WIFI routing, and switching
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Must have strong trouble shooting skills and a desire to solve problems
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at the same time

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
