We are looking to add a **Contract Administrator** **(Hybrid)** for our Finance team. If you are an energetic, motivated and driven individual, you want to be part of our dynamic Finance team. PERI is a leading global company in formwork, scaffolding and related engineering with over 1300 Engineers and 8,100 employees worldwide.

The **Contract Administrator** will review all Vendor and Customer Contracts, Purchase Orders and Terms and Conditions to ensure compliance to all Functional Group Directives and adherence of all company policies, procedures, pricing/discounts.

This role works closely with internal management teams to help ensure the company operates within legal compliance, and limits risk exposure while enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a risk/legal perspective on a variety of business documents.
- Draft & Review all Vendor Contracts to ensure compliance to company policies.
- Review Customer contracts, Purchase orders and Terms and Conditions to ensure compliance to company policies.
- In co-operation with outside legal counsel, provide suggestions and help in the negotiation of blanket agreements.
- Initiate renegotiation when needed.
- Ensure all customer contracts are compliant with the company’s pricing and discounts matrix.
- Ensure all approvals are received for any deviations of the company policies.
- Coordinating contractual concerns customer’s procurement and legal teams.
- Participate in the resolution of contract disputes and other pre/post contract matters.
- Ensure contracts are up to date, reviewed and renewed.
- Maintain contractual records and documentation, contractual changes and other documents for all projects that come through the Contract Management System.
- Assist in the development and implementation of (a) procedures for contract management and (b) administration in compliance with company policies.
- Recommend changes for continuous improvement.
- Identify areas of recurrent pressure and come up with short term/long-term solutions to those pressures.
- Handle certain communication with external legal counsel and work with legal counsel to coordinate contractual requirements.
- Assist the Leadership Team or other departments on projects as assigned.
- Use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Handling various administrative tasks as required, such as photocopying, faxing and scanning documents
- Respect working procedure
- Use protective personal equipment when required
- Report hazards and accidents
- Take care of your health and safety and that of the others
- Other tasks as assigned

- 3 - 5 years Business Administration/Legal/Paralegal
- Construction Industry related experience (Procurement)
- Ability to understand and comply with provincial laws/guidelines/regulations
- Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level
