- Assist in budgeting and financial record-keeping using QuickBooks
- Coordinate vendor management and office supplies inventory
- Supervise office clerks and ensure smooth office operations
- Communicate effectively with staff and external parties
- Regular dealing with customers
- Need to have some driving experience

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Must have a 'G' Driver's license
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in supervising office staff is a plus
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and basic office management practices
