**Our Low Rise Division is Hiring an Assistant Site Superintendent in the Niagara Region**

The **Low Rise Site Superintendent **assists the Site Superintendent with executing the construction process for the assigned homes assuring all specifications are completed for he Pre-Delivery Inspection. You will also oversee the schedule and direction of trades ensuring quality standards, adherence to building codes and health & Safety requirements are met.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Monitor construction process from drywall to finish, providing technical guidance as needed to trades and labourers
- Conduct regular site inspections and reports as well as resolve any code violations, trade deficiencies, material delays, and safety breaches
- Execute full completion of the assigned homes prior to closing date 100% of the time, schedules PDI and manages trades, handy persons to resolve list of deficiencies within the 30-day post inspection timeline
- Assist the Site Superintendent on scheduling and conducting the frame walk with homeowners, documents, and actions any approved specification changes and/or requests
- Support the Site Superintendent with homeowner occupancy transactions and hand-off to Customer Service for Tarion warranty items

**What you’ll bring**:

- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, or relevant field
- 2+ years experience in a similar role, prior experience homebuilding preferably in low rise residential
- Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (OBC), Ontario Health & Safety Regulations, and Tarion
