**Job Description** Mission**

As a service writer, you’ll be at the heart of the action, working with two enthusiastic and innovative teams _Earth and Environment _and _Infrastructures_.

The Infrastructure department supports customers throughout their infrastructure construction, repair and expansion projects.

Your mission will be to write clear, concise service offers and technical documents to highlight CIMA+’s expertise. Your agile pen will contribute to the growth of these two dynamic teams.

**Responsabilités**
- Monitor tenders posted in the _Earth and Environment _and _Infrastructure _sectors
- Analyze tenders and identify key elements
- In collaboration with the team, write and revise texts meeting the various tender criteria, and compile the required administrative documents
- Develop and use best practices to improve the efficiency of the bidding process
- Draw on in-house expertise, skills and resources to develop and formulate value-added proposals
- Respect the production schedule for the service offering and the quality of the finished product
- Prepare project summary sheets and resume for team members.

**Qualifications**
- University degree or other training in a relevant field or a combination of related training and experience
- Previous experience in consulting engineering and/or architecture and/or a professional services environment (major asset)
- Proficiency in French and English required for this position in order to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including our customers, partners and cross-sectoral staff at country level
- Excellent writing skills, very good editing and proofreading skills
- Advanced use of office automation tools (Office 365 suite) and information technologies, including SharePoint
