The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Billing Clerk to join our Procurement team in a **12-month term position** reporting to the Procurement Finance Manager.
Key elements of this role include:
- The Billing Clerk will be accountable for processing customer billing information, analyzing billing data and providing resolution to billing issues.
- You will be accountable for updating and maintenance of specific reporting data in a timely manner. Good judgment, initiative, confidentiality, work ethic, and the ability to meet deadlines are of prime importance.
- You will be required to perform at a high level of competency and independence.
- You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of your co-workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.
These skills will make you successful:
- This position requires office administration training, and a minimum of two years of experience.
- You must be proficient with data entry and various Microsoft packages (Excel/Word/Outlook).
- You are a detailed-oriented individual, working to a high standard. You possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- You are extremely organized, with a strong ability to multi-task. You are able to take initiative and troubleshoot both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills (oral, written and computer) are required.
- You must demonstrate your commitment to personal development.
- You support flexibility in the workplace and embrace change.
- You build strong collaborative relationships with a commitment to a respectful, inclusive and productive work environment while demonstrating integrity and a commitment to operational excellence for our customers.
