Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies in a specialty appropriate for the class of employment, a Secondary School Diploma or an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority, and have one (1) year of pertinent experience

**AND**

Have a basic knowledge of office automation

**Other requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and French is mandatory, additional fluency in other languages is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills required for interaction with agents, potential students, and school staff.
- Capacity to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Collaborative mindset essential for teamwork.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are critical.
- Proficient in summarizing data and generating reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Proficiency testing in Microsoft Office is mandatory.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines, especially during peak periods.
- Aptitude for maintaining and optimizing filing system procedures.
- Availability to work throughout the summer and March break periods

**Nature of the work**:
The principal and customary work of an employee in this class of employment consists in performing a variety of administrative duties of a complex nature according to established methods and procedures.

**Daily Tasks/Dossiers**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for international students, agents, and LBPSB Centers personnel.
- Utilize computer software for word processing, database management, spreadsheet creation, and in-house programs.
- Complete tasks associated with the registration process such as register new and returning students, ensuring accuracy in student databases.
- Provide assistance to existing students regarding general inquiries about their files.
- Engage with existing students to facilitate information sharing and resolve issues.
