**Responsabilités**
- Coordonner des activités avec les clients en collaboration avec l’équipe de vente, incluant la planification d'événements, le développement de contenu et la distribution de matériel marketing.
- Travailler avec l'équipe de vente et les graphistes pour créer des affiches, des dépliants, des maquettes, des courriels, ainsi que des outils numériques pour des campagnes internes ou externes.
- Organiser et coordonner les événements de salons professionnels et s’assurer de développer la documentation, les affiches, les visuels et tout autre matériel marketing relatifs à ceux-ci.
- Soutenir et coordonner les activités et campagnes de culture d'entreprise avec l'équipe RH.
- Gérer l'achat et la distribution de tous les articles promotionnels, du matériel marketing et des échantillons avec les équipes de vente.
- Gérer le calendrier publicitaire et éditorial puis coordonner avec les graphistes pour développer le contenu des campagnes et les besoins en contenu numérique des clients (contenu de la page d'accueil, etc.).
- Gérer le budget des activités des clients (fonds coopératifs), suivre les factures et créer les bons de commande en conséquence.
- S’inspirer du contenu international de Leviton et l'adapter au marché canadien.
- Gérer les bases de données et documents sur le site Web et l'intranet de Leviton (LRC / Levnet)
- Recueillir les commentaires et proposer des idées de contenu tel que des dépliants, de la publicité et d'autres supports personnalisés.
- Créer des présentations PowerPoint pour soutenir différentes initiatives.
- Travailler sur des projets spéciaux au besoin.

**Exigences**
- Excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite.
- Extrêmement bien organisé, capable d'établir des priorités et disposé à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Motivé et rigoureux.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à hiérarchiser les tâches et à respecter les délais.
- Solides capacités de résolution de problèmes, proactif et ingénieux.
- Travail en équipe et fait preuve d'un leadership positif.
- Une connaissance approfondie de Word, PowerPoint et Excel.

**Éducation et expérience**
- Baccalauréat en marketing, communications ou administration.
- 0 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un domaine connexe.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate customer activities with sales teams, including but not limited to scheduling events, developing content, and ensuring timely delivery of all relevant marketing materials.
- Develop marketing materials and collateral for tradeshows and coordinate tradeshow bookings.
- Support and coordinate corporate culture activities and campaigns with the HR team.
- Track and manage the purchase and distribution of all promotional items with the sales teams and organize shipping of marketing materials and samples.
- Manage advertising and editorial calendar and coordinate with graphic designers to develop content for ad campaigns and customers’ digital content needs (landing page content, etc.).
- Manage customer activity budget (co-op funds), track invoices and create purchase orders accordingly.
- Monitor content created from global Leviton locations and adapt to Canadian mark
