Job Description: Forefront Security is currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Surrey BC. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and promoting our comprehensive range of security solutions. This position requires proactively prospecting within assigned vertical markets, creating sales leads through cold-calling and client visits, and actively participating in networking events.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Proactively prospect into assigned vertical markets, creating sales leads through cold-calling and client visits.

2. Educate clients and prospects on the benefits of our security services.

3. Attend onsite quote meetings, assess job requirements, and assist in quote preparation and submissions.

4. Actively participate in face-to-face networking events and meetings to generate and close leads.

5. Provide regular sales status reports, including activity, closings, and follow-up, attending scheduled team and individual sales and coaching meetings.

6. Timely follow-up on sales leads to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security or related industry.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

4. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

5. Familiarity with security products and services is advantageous.

**Requirements**:
1. Must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Must have a reliable means of communication.

3. Must have a reliable means of transportation.

4. Must have the legal right to work in Canada.

5. Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

6. Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

7. Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, references, and background investigation.

Additional Job Requirements:
1. Good referrals and excellent networking skills.

2. Sales experience, with a focus on developing new accounts (1+ years).

3. Self-motivated and driven to continuously improve oneself and add value to the organization.

4. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

5. Proficiency in other languages to cater to a multi-cultural industry.

6. Experience in selling security guard services (considered an asset).

7. Familiarity with CRM programs such as Salesforce (considered an asset).

**Benefits**:
1. Competitive base salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum plus commission.
