**Job Title: Outside Sales Representative**

The sales representatives are the front line of the company and have the responsibility to establish good and trustful relationships and maintain regular communications with clients. They are to be knowledgeable about our products and services to bring constructive and profitable advice to customers. The sales representative is required to have a professional image for the company.
Your task is to generate leads and sell our devices. You will be provided leads by the management but are required to prospect and qualify clients on your own which can be done by cold calling and going from business to business. It is up to you to choose how you allocate your efforts. All client interactions are to be input into the CRM program and client relationships are to be managed to ensure our clients are happy and satisfied.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Client prospecting by cold calling or outside sales
- Full knowledge of and the ability to execute each stage of the sales pipeline
- Inputting all leads and points of contact into Company CRM
- Maintaining Client relations by servicing open and closed accounts
- Adjusts content of sales pitch by studying individual client needs
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge
**Job Specification**:
- 1-3 year sales experience
- CSA Certification preferred
- Aesthetic industry Sales experience preferred
- Ability to use CRM software to log client data
- Effective communication skills
- Self starter
- Customer service skills

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$106,404.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surrey, BC V3W 8J9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Direct Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Aesthetic Industry: 1 year (required)
