We specialize in working with local security companies and contractors to optimize and streamline their security solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Representative at Aukoo Technology Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about sales, possesses excellent technical knowledge, and exudes a positive attitude. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers, as well as nurturing existing client relationships.

**What will you do?**
- **Customer Engagement**: Establish and maintain relationships with local security companies, contractors, and potential customers. Understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the CCTV equipment and supplies offered by Aukoo Technology Ltd. Be able to provide technical expertise and recommendations to customers
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products, and closing deals effectively
- **Technical Consultation**: Offer technical guidance and support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding security solutions and products.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions, close sales, and finalize agreements with customers.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and prospects within our CRM system.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses, problem resolution, and post-sale support.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align strategies, share insights, and foster a collaborative work environment.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Proven experience (1 year or more) in a sale of consumer electronics or other consumer products
- Technical aptitude - comfortable with computers, audio/video, etc
- Effective, professional communication and inter-personal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay current with new products and tech
- Proficient in programs including, MS Office and HubSpot or other CRM System

Schedule: 8-hour shift

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
