Well, Scrubbi is looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our sales team as an entry-level Sales Representative on a part-time basis in our office in South Surrey, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for calling and qualifying a high volume of leads. As the starting point of our customer funnel, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our business.

A Sales Representative who can contribute to our growing success, has no fear of rejection, isn’t afraid of a challenge and is naturally curious and embraces question-based selling techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact new leads in a fast and efficient manner
- Qualify leads by determining their interest and need for our products and services
- Persuasive communication skills and lots of personality
- The devouring of cake
- Sharing accurate information with clients regarding company policy and the service we provide
- Joining in with after work team events
- Address common questions and concerns raised by potential clients
- Ping pong and foosball enthusiast
- Celebrating individual, team, and company successes
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers
- Representing Scrubbi loud and proud
- Preparedness to conquer the ultimate (ongoing) game of Jenga
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets
- Collaborate with with senior salespeople and account managers to ensure customer satisfaction and success
- Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies

**Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment
- Pure love and joy for food
- Familiarity with a CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus)
