**Job Title: Studio Production Assistant**

Based in the heart of Vancouver, BC, our small studio is dedicated to producing quality apparel and accessories that reflect the spirit of our nation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the hand-pulling of prints on our single-head manual press, ensuring precision and quality in every product.
- Support day-to-day studio operations, including organizing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Contribute creative ideas and insights to product development and design processes, helping to innovate and improve our offerings.
- Assist with screen printing and DTG printing processes, including preparing screens, mixing inks, and operating printing machinery.
- Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning printing equipment and maintaining inventory levels of printing supplies.
- Assist with other studio tasks as needed, such as packaging orders, preparing shipments, and organizing incoming materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and uphold quality standards, following safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, and the Google Workspace.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as required.

**What We Offer**:

- $18.50-$20.50 per hour.
- Permanent, full-time position with 32-40 hours per week.
- Day shifts: Monday to Friday, or weekends if needed.
