Marketing Studio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Studio Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a Marketing Studio Manager, you will be responsible for project managing all marketing related projects, including key campaigns, external communications, video productions, and magazine related content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage all marketing related projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing and other business units, fielding requests from various stakeholders and delegating accordingly
  • Provide thorough documentation on requests, assist in the collection of required materials and information for marketing to effectively fulfill stakeholders' requests
  • Work with external agencies to ensure their timelines align with stakeholder needs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a marketing coordinator, marketing specialist, or coordinator in a creative agency setting
  • Experience project managing marketing campaigns, productions, and other creative projects
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector highly desirable
