**What you’ll do**:

- Physical library organization:

- Managing physical library for approved qualities and proper organization and filing of all approved and development fabrics.
- Creating and managing core and seasonal approved quality binders for office and offshore teams
- Assisting managers in finding the appropriate quality in the library
- Digital library:

- Updating data in PLM and ensuring data accuracy
- Fabric scanning and properties for 3D Vizoo & CLO
- Vendor communication:

- Working with mills and vendors to arrange required qualities
- Assisting mangers in cost validations as needed
- Commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

**What you bring**:

- 1-2 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of fabric constructions, dye techniques, finishes, manufacturing process.
- Equivalent of a post-secondary diploma/degree combined with minimum 1-2 years related work experience preferably in sourcing/manufacturing/raw materials/ wholesale or garment manufacturing
- Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal & problem-solving skills
- Excellent and effective communication skills, both oral and written English
- Organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of PLM an asset
