**We are a hybrid team, with in office 3 days a week and work from home available 2 days a week. We are highly communicative and collaborate using video conferencing and chat. This role is interconnected with all aspects of the business and in direct contact with both customers, partners as well as internal stakeholders.**
**We get into the office throughout the week because we find that sometimes it stimulates some great problem solving and group cohesion. Always available to each other, we work together through issues as they arise ensuring that the end result is a clear, well-informed recommendation/presentation of data for our clients. Our culture is one of constant improvement where everyone has equal responsibility in owning and improving the process. We try to avoid ‘MacGyvering’ solutions and work towards structural and procedural progress to help the whole team and our clients find success. **We’re looking for a Business Administrator with a love for client experience and procedural development. This individual is detail and data oriented. Given a clear understanding of goals, the why's, the guidelines and tasks this role works collaboratively to provide a smooth and cohesive client and partner experience. They enjoy working independently and having ownership over their tasks and day. Our Business Administrator will be on the lookout for ways to improve both internal processes as well as the experience we provide and be excited to engage in preparing and rolling out those improvements.**

**Here are some of the things that you’ll own day to day**:
**CRM (Salesforce) & Finance**:
- **Maintain CRM System, auditing and ensuring information is collected by various teams in a thoughtful and rigorous manner - we want to have the best picture of our customer experience in the CRM with no missing data**
- **Reach out to customers and partners to get missing information where needed**
- **Assist with proposal generation (quotes, statements of work)**
- **Review orders for accuracy and completeness**
- **Review documents customers send us for correctness and completion**
- **Supporting Accounts Receivable efforts through client follow-up and reconciliation**
- **Finding ways to get more value from the CRM for us and our clients and partners**

Work Orders / Project Support:
- Facilitate new project intake and enablement
- Fulfilling documentation requirements for new clients/projects
- Creating the project workspace and assigning standardised tasks to team members
- Handing off to the Delivery Manager
- Provide administrative support in onboarding new Partners using current internal procedures
- Be a router for client reach-out - As clients reach out, new, prospective or current, connect them with the right person who can quickly and efficiently help them with their concern
