**About The Role**:
The Group Administration department is a dynamic unit accountable for all aspects of admin related tasks such as new issues, amendments, member maintenance, medical underwriting, and on-line administration training. Client management and the delivery of superior customer service is key to all our clients. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for updating employee benefit booklets for existing clients, as well as for new business.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Prepare New Business material and Employee benefit booklets
- Process updates to benefit booklets
- Complete Booklet supply requests
- Prepare written correspondence for Group Distribution and Plan Sponsors
- Ensure updated contract wording is included in our RWAM Employee Benefit booklet template, as advised by our Providers
- Update and maintain information in a variety of spreadsheets and databases

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Strong analytical skills, organization skills, keyboarding skills, communications skills
- Strong knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Group Benefits insurance terminology would be an asset
- Comfortable in a team environment, yet able to work independently
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload
