Customer Service Representative

Hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative at the ServiceOntario in Ajax. This job will have 2 roles. 1. Provide customer service as an operator at ServiceOntario and 2. Operate the U-Haul located within the ServiceOntario.

Starting Wage: $16.55-Increase after 3 month probationary period.

ServiceOntario Job Requirements:
Please indicate if you have prior ServiceOntario Experience.

This position is with a private company. No benefits or pension are available at this time. Your duties will include processing Driver, Vehicle, Health card and Ontario Photo Card transactions for members of the public. You will process documentation accurately and in accordance with policies.

Hours of operations are:
Monday-Wednesday 8:30am-5pm, Thursday 8:30am-7pm, Friday 8:30am-5pm, Saturday 8:30am-3pm.

U-Haul Job Requirements:
Answer phone calls and in person customer inquiries to rent U-Haul trucks and vans. Be an effective communicator and provide excellent customer service to secure rental contracts and provide customers will all necessary materials and support.

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 44 per week
