**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, phones, security updates, support internet, intranet, LANs, and WANs.
- Perform administration tasks (ex: user/group, security permissions, group policies); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work together seamlessly.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and features within the O365 Suite, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance organizational productivity through technology.
- Train employees in using software and hardware and provide technical support when needed.
- Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements.
- Enable faster and smarter business processes and employee productivity.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems (Windows/MacOS), and experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration and management tools, such as SharePoint, Defender, Purview, PowerShell and Azure EntraID.
- The ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions.
- Solid understanding of ITIL principles and best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
- Professional certifications: CompTIA Security+ or AZ-500 (preferred)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
- Passion for problem-solving and customer service.
