Blanket Home Services is hiring a home technician for our Kelowna and surrounding area services.

*Remote as noted means pre-sceduled daily routes for service in Kelowna and surrounding areas.*

Blanket Home Services is a proactive, subscription based, preventative maintinence company that monitors, maintians, repairs and documents all aspects of residential properties. Blanket offers quarterly services for all of our properties, prioritizing seaonality and wear and tear requirements.

As a certified technician for Blanket you will need the following skills;
- Intimate knowledge of residential construction
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Proficient ability to use our online platform for checklists, reporting and inspection processing on our cellphone database
- Excellent knowledge of the operating systems for residential properties
- Mechanical systems
- Electrical systems
- HVAC equipment
- Plumbing equipment
- Air conditioning equipment
- Plumbing operations and function
- General appliance function, connections and opporations.
- Excellent skillset for handyman services
- Finishing knowledge and ability to maintian interiors
- General touchup and painting abilities

We are open to a contract position for the right applicant, including vehicle and cell phone allowances.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
