Job Title: Bookkeeper/ Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Clerk

Role Description: Bookkeeper/AP/AR Clerk will work closely with the controller to assist with the accounting of the company. This will involve
- Full cycle bookkeeping, including preparing cheques, coding and posting invoices, preparing deposits, journal entries and account reconciliations
- Posting all incoming vendor invoices (accounts payable) to applicable GL accounts or to proper client matters as disbursements
- Preparing all accounts payable runs & Releasing payments after approvals
- Reconciliation of month end accounts as assigned including the inter company accounts as required.
- Administration and tracking of recurring payments (incoming and outgoing)
- Assisting in billing and other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations (tax, payroll, registrations, etc)

Location: Oakville, Ontario
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent experience in AP/AR role
- Intimate knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft office
- Valid driver’s license
- 3 employer references
- Ability to manage a high volume of dynamic work-streams involving both internal and external stakeholders
Nice-to-have (but not requirements):
- Knowledge of telecommunication’s industry
- Experience of working with Xero Accounting and Plooto
**Salary**: $15.50-$28.25 per hour
