**ROLE OVERVIEW**
In this multifaceted role, you will collaborate closely with the brand founders to drive profitable online sales, customer and subscriber growth, and overall brand awareness. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing a holistic, data-driven marketing strategy, overseeing all digital channels, and managing a team of creatives to ensure successful campaign execution.
This role goes beyond routine marketing tasks; it requires an individual with a deep understanding of the wellness/nutrition landscape, a creative mindset for crafting compelling content, and the versatility to seamlessly navigate between remote work and in-person responsibilities.
As part of our hybrid work model, this position is primarily remote, with in-person attendance required at our warehouse in Lachine at least 4 times a month.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- You have 3+ years of growth marketing with experience in the wellness/nutrition and/or CPG space, as well as successful, rapid-growth DTC businesses that are both brand and performance-focused and must comply with regulatory requirements
- You have proven track record of being able to develop and oversee a highly efficient acquisition program that optimizes for LTV, ROI, or ROAS
- You have exceptional analytical skills that unlock performance-driving insights across channel, creative, and attribution disciplines
- You are a strategic thinking who is also willing to dive into the weeds and be a scrappy problem solver
- You are a highly effective communicator and collaborator, especially with brand founders, and integrated marketing teams
- You possess intuitive knowledge of the performance media landscape and how Landish can best fit within it
- You have a deep bias towards analytics and measurement, and extensive experience with having your work measured against or towards revenue-related goals
- You’re comfortable and can easily work with finance teams to align on budgets, financial targets and the measurement of key financial performance metrics (i.e., CAC and LTV)
- You have the ability to communicate complex information in an easily understood and thoughtful manner
- No task too big or too small mindset - you are willing to roll up your sleeves when needed to write copy, or to conduct performance analysis
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
- **Performance Marketing Strategy**:
- Execute a performance marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives to drive growth for the current and future product line-ups.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Collaborate with the founders to establish marketing goals, metrics, and KPIs.
- Regularly report on performance through detailed marketing metric dashboards.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to refine marketing strategies continuously.
- **Paid Advertising**:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels (e.g., paid search and paid social) to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth optimized to LTV/CAC ratio
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, test and experiment with ad formats, audience targeting, and landing pages to refine strategies.
- Take an active role in content creation for paid advertising campaigns, collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement and conversions.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling, on-brand content across channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media calendar for Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok, ensuring strategic alignment with marketing goals and audience engagement strategies.
- Take an active role in content creation for social media platforms, including imagery, videos, and copywriting, collaborating closely with the creative team to produce captivating content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
